Editor for Kantai release here. Ugh, looks like there was an error in the muxing, and the non-italic font wasn’t included in the release. I can assure you the entire episode isn’t in italics, and we’ll likely look at doing a v2. If you want the font to get screenshots of how the release actually looks, feel free to get in touch.
I’ll wait for v2 and update the comparison. Just let us know when it’s ready. I’ll also be keeping an eye out for it.
I’m going with Kantai. I don’t like when they removed the Jap character (music room) and when they didn’t translated the sheet.
But it somewhat look better than FFF: bon holiday, eh. Not Obon? (yes, it’s not a big difference but still).
The lack of translation was an oversight.
