Hatsuyuki doesn’t seem great, see review here – http://www.crymore.net/2014/11/01/fansub-review-hatsuyuki-parasyte-the-maxim-episode-03/ A bit too much hyperbole but I do think some of those lines look very stilted.
HorribleSubs is crunchyroll rip as usual
Underwater is the crunchyroll/horriblesubs with a few minor changes, it was also chosen by Deadfish/Bakedfish as their favourite subs to use for their release (mp4 files)
