I think caffeine has a better understanding of what’s actually being said. Especially when it comes to knowledge and manuals…
caffeine is the best…the grammar is less “error” and the quality of encodes much better than Kantai. Unfortunately, the releases a bit late and no translation and karaoke for OP as well as ED song.
caffeine dropped Plastic Memories after Episode 5 :/
