FUNimation definitely did this for Crunchyroll. My eyes hurt from how horrible that release was, can’t believe people are actually watching that release.
Well, if you want to watch something as soon as it comes out, then that release is probably all that is available to you at that time. You can’t rush quality work, after all.
As much as I like the quality typesetting and signs of the FFF release, they’re really struggling to finish their series. Hibike 2 stalled halfway through and unfortunately it looks like this show will suffer the same fate. No Sakura relases since April :/
They had zero releases in June. Of any kind.
When it’s a FFF comparison to Crunchyroll, it’s always like choosing to shoot your left foot or right foot.
